Live Betting: In-play bets are subject to the rules applicable at the time of acceptance. Given the real-time nature of live betting, win488 cannot guarantee the accuracy of in-play statistics or results displays on the platform. Official result sources as determined by win488 shall be used to settle all markets.
Casino Games: All casino games available on win488 — including live dealer games, slots, and table games — are operated by licensed third-party game providers. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the win488 platform:
Consequences: Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held (including deposits and winnings), and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where the conduct involves suspected criminal activity.

Upon permanent closure of an account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of prohibited conduct), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the User via the original deposit method where operationally feasible, following completion of any pending verification requirements. Bonus balances and wagering-requirement-restricted funds will not be returned upon closure.
